Custom Patch..
ragedefiance-gaming.no-ip.org/web/download-addons/CustomItemFix.rar
1. Copy. paste and DL
2. Open up in a folder and extract to the folder
3. Open your Interface Folder, go to Add-On folder, open up and add to that folder
This will not affect your game play on other servers.
